Our approach to food is that first and foremost it has to be delicious yet at the same time it has to be environmentally and ethically positive.

It is actually pretty easy to put those things together. We start with certified organic and biodynamic produce that has the best taste and the best nutrition values.

Finally we make sure we have food options for people with special dietary needs such as gluten, wheat and dairy free specialty dishes including cakes and muffins.

Glo's a great place to catch up with friends. Our café serves a delicious, healthy range of vegetarian, organic food to eat in or take-away.

Glo is now serving delicious vegetarian breakfasts (gluten free options) on weekends until 2.00pm.  Come in and try our organic eggs, porridge, bircher muesli, pancakes and shakshuka, plus organic coffee and juices.
