Our approach to food is that first and foremost it has to be delicious yet at the same time it has to be environmentally and ethically positive.

It is actually pretty easy to put those things together. We start with certified organic and biodynamic produce that has the best taste and the best nutrition values.

We go to the market daily and buy the best quality and have a talented young cooking team prepare it right fresh, where it is going to be eaten.

Finally we make sure we have food options for people with special dietary needs such as gluten, wheat and dairy free specialty dishes including cakes and muffins.

• wheatgrass, Echinacea & Mona Vie shots

Glo's a great place to catch up with friends. Our café serves a delicious, healthy range of vegetarian, organic food to eat in or take-away.




Our chefs are also hard at work developing our range of take-home meals and extending our catering menus, so please keep an eye on our continual changes.
